Farzi Café Reopens CyberHub Outlet with a Fresh New Concept After Four-Month Makeover

Farzi Café has officially reopened its popular CyberHub outlet after a four-month renovation, introducing a completely refreshed concept aimed at strengthening its position in the premium casual dining segment. The relaunch reflects the brand’s strategy to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive restaurant industry where customers now seek more experience-driven dining formats.
Since its launch in 2014, Farzi Café has built a strong reputation for reinventing Indian cuisine with a modern twist. Over the years, the brand has expanded across India and international markets including New York, Seattle, and London, becoming one of the most recognized names in contemporary Indian dining.
The newly redesigned CyberHub outlet has been created to serve two distinct customer experiences—an all-day café atmosphere and an evening-focused premium bar experience. The updated layout now features separate café and bar zones while maintaining a seamless overall design. The interiors have shifted from the earlier rustic style to a more contemporary and modern aesthetic, while still retaining elements of Farzi Café’s signature color identity.
Zorawar Kalra, Founder and Managing Director of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., shared that Farzi Café has always been a brand that redefined how Indian cuisine is perceived. He explained that the new menu and beverage program are designed to create another meaningful shift by combining culinary innovation with years of creative learning. He also highlighted the new cocktail menu inspired by India’s major cities and the newly introduced Quantum Coffee concept, both of which extend the brand’s philosophy beyond just food.
The food menu continues to focus on reinventing familiar Indian flavours with creative presentation and global influences. Signature dishes include Dal Chawal Arancini, Banarsi Tamatar Chaat, Tempura Fried Prawns with Rasam Reduction, Burrata Thecha Bomb, and Galouti Burgers.
Vegetarian options include dishes like Avocado Laphing Tibetan, Injipuli Lotus Stem, and Chilli Cheese Jalebi, while non-vegetarian selections feature Tibetan Shaphalay, Chicken and Waffle, and Lamb Chops with Mint Labneh.
The main course menu includes dishes such as Rogan Josh Shepherd’s Pie, Crispy Burrata with Makhni Sauce, Mushroom Korma, Railway Chicken Curry, and Kosha Mangsho. The bar menu adds unique options like Amritsari Fish Tacos, Madurai Parotta Bhel, Coorgii Pepper Chicken Wontons, and Keema Kulcha Sliders.
Farzi Café has also introduced Taftan-based pizzas such as Margherita Taftan and Andhra Chicken Taftan, combining Indian bread traditions with globally loved pizza formats.
Desserts continue the theme of modern reinterpretation with options like Parle G Cheesecake, Tres Leches Rasmalai, and Mithai Tiramisu, offering a balance between nostalgia and innovation.
The beverage program has also received a major upgrade under the leadership of Anurag Dhingra, Head of Liquid Artistry at Massive Restaurants. The cocktail menu now features city-inspired drinks based on destinations like Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, each reflecting regional flavours and unique mixology concepts.
The coffee program has also been expanded for all-day consumption, covering classic espresso beverages, flavored coffees, cold brews, turmeric drinks, matcha-based options, and dairy alternatives.
The updated format follows Farzi Café’s broader “Farzi. Forward.” strategy, which focuses on continuous brand evolution while preserving its original identity. The reopening highlights a growing trend in the restaurant industry where established brands are investing in format upgrades, menu innovation, and stronger beverage programs to increase repeat visits and higher customer spending.
